Success in the global textile business is increasingly being defined through interdisciplinary cooperation across company boundaries. Alongside research and development, this applies clearly in the cost-driven world of everyday business. The introduction of collaborative IT systems has made it possible to synchronize procedures, with consequent benefits for all concerned. This ad hoc assemblage of parallel procedures has become a veritable value creation chain, supported by strategic alliances. Messe Frankfurt wants to be the Center of Innovation for all stages in the creation of textiles and apparel, as well as for relevant fields of application and seeks to reflect the common DNA of textile production.
