At the Techtextil Groz-Beckert KG, Albstadt/Germany will inform visitors on all innovations in the areas knitting, weaving, felting and sewing. The world's longest textile concrete bridge with 100 m length was given over to the city of Albstadt/Germany in November 2010. Groz-Beckert participated financially as well as technologically on a large scale. Using a bridge model the textile fabrics and their advantages are illustrated. These include reduction in weight and material as well as a longer expected lifetime.
