Die vielf?ltigen Einsatzgebiete der technischen Vliesstoffe erfordern genau estens auf deren Anwendung abgestimmte Veredlungsverfahren. Hierzu z?hlt die thermische Ausrüstung von Vliesstoffen durch Thermofixieren und Kalibrieren z.B. auf Vliesstoff-Gl?ttwerken von Wumag Texroll. Die Kraft- und W?rmeübertragung erfolgt durch Kontakt auf beheizten Walzenoberfl?chen und die Passage durch einen oder mehrere Walzenspalte. Die physikali schen Einflussgr??en sind Druck, Temperatur und Zeit.%The numerous applications for technical nonwovens require exactly tuned finishing methods such as the thermal treatment on Wumag Texroll non wovens calenders. The transfer of force and heat into the web is provided by contact on heated roll surfaces and by simultaneous passage of single or multiple roll nips. The physical guide factors are pressure, temperature and time.
