摘要

Frequently, technical textiles are employed in products where failure can endanger human life. As a result, their acceptance is largely dependent on their high quality consistency. In instances where the required level of quality is not constantly achieved, the overall suitability of the fibers or yarns for demanding applications could be challenged. Good product qualities are based on two factors, i.e. correct process design and suitable machine equipment to enable consistent process conditions. Dienes Apparatebau, in cooperation with Mainsite Services and their engineering team (formerly the company Akzo-Nobel Faser) in Obernburg/Germany, supply machines and equipment that take into account the special requirements of technical fiber and yarn production. Here, the experience gained over many years in the textile industry by both companies forms the technical basis on which the machines are developed, designed and engineered. Dienes and Mainsite supply pilot and laboratory equipment that satisfies the highest quality requirements and takes into account the fre-rnquently limited development budgets by implementing intelligent and functional solutions for laboratory applications.
