The special elastic high-tech fabric dymetrol, exclusively sold in Europe by apos GmbH & Co. KG, Hosbach/Germany, is used in the construction of a range of seat designs. It is flexible to use and serves as a compression-strain resistant support system in car seat constructions, with or without additional foam compositions, dymetrol can be fixed directly to the rear framework of the seat in order to provide elastic support, or secured to an adjustable sub-construction. It is available in 4 different variations, meaning it is possible to select the optimum spring characteristics for the specific application, dymetrol is recyclable and can be treated with flame-retardants. Further applications are possible in the seat production for public transport (train, bus, tram) and in the upholstered furniture industry.rnAt the Techtextil, a car seat with dymetrol will be displayed at the joint stand of Bayern Innovativ.
