The fiber machinery producer SwissTex Win-terthur AG, Winterthur/Switzerland, has received its first repeat order for a SymTTec technical filament yarn extrusion line from JSC KuibyshevAzot, Togliatti/Russia, with the option for 2 further lines to be supplied in the near future. The 16-end line will be delivered in autumn 2009 and start-up is scheduled for spring 2010. It will have a capacity of 9 tons/day of polyamide 6 for tire cord and other specialized applications. The first SymTTec line has been running successfully for a number of years now, which has led to the repeat order.
