Spread across 5.4 million sq ft, T3 terminal at Indira Gandhi International Airport is a nine-level building with 78 passenger bridges and a five-level in-line baggage system. With state-of-the-art technology and matching international standards, the terminal will be handling both domestic and international traffic. Addition of the T3 terminal has raised the capacity of the Airport to 34 million from 12 million per annum. It was conferred the fourth best airport award in the world (in the 15-25 million category) and "Best Improved Airport" in the Asia Pacific Region by Airport Council International.
