Which name comes to your mind when someone asks you about a great projector brand? We know Vivitek would not be a part of your list, as this brand is yet not that famous in India, but recently we got our hands on their latest DLP projector, the D825MX and truth be told, this device left us dumbstruck with a superb price-to-performance ratio. This one looks cool and professional in its completely black outfit, though I didn't like the glossy surface which is prone to fingerprints, scratches and smudges. The menu/power, adjustment keys, indication lights for power, temperature alert and status are all placed on the top panel. On the side are twin 80 mm fans for cooling which did a commendable job of keeping the high temperatures at bay during operation. The height and tilt adjustment options are provided on the left.
