With the thought of merging fashion and technology and redefining the mobile experience for the fashion conscious professionals, Samsung and Armani joined hands in 2007. And they gave us the Armani phone, the P5200. The fashionistas loved the impeccable styling, sophisticated looks and responsive touchscreen. Now they have come again with another phone-the M7500, aptly called the Samsung Armani Night Effect. Looks & not features is what people care about when they think of a designer phone, but the Samsung Emporio Armani Night Effect can't ace either department. When I first heard ot the M7500, the first image that came to my mind was that of a clamshell beauty, something with looks enticing enough to give anyone a run for their money (designer phones are supposed to be good looking after all) but I was wrong. Unlike the previous Armani, the P5200 which was targeted at high-end users, the M7500 is the usual candybar minus the touchscreen which Samsung claims is targeted at the youngsters who have an ear for music. So I'll say again that there is nothing exceptional in its design.
