The SX110 IS is a quick successor of the SX100 IS. It is slightly slimmer and lighter than the SX100, includes a gorgeous 3-inch LCD and has a 9 MP sensortnstead of 8 MP. Given the size and price, I would have liked to see an electronic viewfinder too.rnThe camera features a DIGIC III processor and boasts of advanced Face detection as well as Canon's optical image stabilizer technology. The SX110 allows for full manual control in terms of exposure, aperture, white balance etc. hencernallowing a budding photographer to get a basic idea of manual control operations.
