Green is becoming the order of the day and this sudden surge of the need to go green can easily be seen in the corporate sector. Various corporates like Wipro, Patni, Mahindra and Adobe are realizing the long term benefits and have willingly invested in green buildings. There is now a visible spill over of this corporate trend into the residential sector as well and numerous Green residential complexes are coming up in a big way.
