Memory Size: The amount of files an MP3 player can hold is the first and foremost feature one should look out for. These may vary according to your need; they usually start from 512 MB and go up to 160 GB. Display: If you want video and photos in addition to music, a good display is a must. These are available on high-end players from Apple, Creative, Sandisk, Philips and Microsoft. A 2.5 inch screen is good enough for normal viewing but if you really want to go all out, get yourself the Creative Zen Vision W which has a high-res 4.3-inch screen and either a 30 GB or 60 GB storage capacity. Opting out of a color screen will obviously save you bucks, and you can put that money towards more storage if you want.
