'We haven't published targets yet. There is a good reason for that, which is that we start from a position that is ahead of other broadcasters and we are extremely keen to get it right across all aspects of diversity and across all genres... 'It's not just a set of tick-box exercises, but something that will create genuine, lasting change across the industry.'
