Seventeen years ago, Messe Frankfurt (HK) established the Intertextile Directions Trend Committee for providing designers and garment professionals marketing and research tools that could steer their designs and manufacturing process in line with coming fashion seasons. The committee comprises top talents from the world's fashion capitals - Sachiko Inoue (Tokyo), NellyRodi Agency (Paris), ElementiModa (Milan), and Doneger Creative Services (New York). The creative director of Elementi Moda, Ornella Bignami, was the designer and trend forecaster for the trend and forum at this autumn edition of Intertextile Shanghai.
