A conference titled Advances in Fibres, Finishes, Technical Textiles and Non-wovens focused on emerging themes, such as technical textiles, nonwovens, composites, functional finishes, sustain-ability across the textile supply chain, advancements in fibre to fashion, testing and quality control is scheduled to take place in Mumbai, India, on October 1-2 this year. Organised by TecniTex Nonwovens, a Bangalore-based nonwovens and technical textiles trading and consultancy firm in cooperation with the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC), it is designed to provide an interactive platform for industry, trade associations, academia, policy makers and research institutes across the globe to deliberate on cutting-edge research and share market information. In addition to the oral presentations, there will also be tabletop exhibits and poster presentations.
