A fibre and yarn chapter as well as a textile dyestuff and chemical industry leaders' forum, besides the already announced world textile summit, are to provide added attractions to the 60th anniversary celebrations of ITMA scheduled at Barcelona, Spain, this September. The world textile summit is set for September 21, the day before ITMA opens, at Barcelona's Palau de Congressos de Catalunya. It will bring together world heavyweights in international affairs and global textile trade and industry for a one-day debate on key issues. It is the first joint initiative between the owner of ITMA, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (CEMATEX) and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF).
