ITMA 2011 which will also mark the 60th anniversary of the ITMA series is set at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from September 22 to 29. The opening of the exhibition will be preceded by a one-day world textile summit on September 21-the result of a joint initiative between ITMA's owner, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers (CEMATEX), and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF). And on September 26, when the ITMA exhibition is in full swing, the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) will open its 4th advanced textile conference-a three-day event scheduled at the invitation of CEMATEX.
