Research Committees Meet in Research Triangle Park: Some 270 people attended working sessions of 53 research committees and subcommittees held November 18-20. The following briefs highlight some of the current activities of those committees which were reported at tha Technical Committee on Research meeting on November 20. Colorfastness to Water: A total of seven fabrics and two woven carpet samples have been provided to six participating laboratories involved in obtaining precision statements for Method 107, Colorfastness to Water. All the laboratories involved in the development of the statement for Method 107 were advised to make certain a convection oven is used during heat exposure.
