The Directors recommend, payment of dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2008, which if approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid to those equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 23rd July, 2008 in respect of shares held in physical form and in respect of shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend shall be paid on the basis of beneficial ownership as per the details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose at the end of business hours on 15th July, 2008.
