Notwithstanding the well known globally accepted commercial fact that today with globalisation, the biggest challenge faced by the government of any country, is one of the switching over from a product oriented system to a market oriented one, with high premium design, quality equipped with latest technology to enrich the rural development. Pro£ Amartya Sen, "Renounced Economist" and "Noble Prize Winner", (2001), opined that Economic growth becomes meaningful only when it leads to a progressive reduction of disparities in development between regions or ethical strains.
