Textile manufacturers with an eye on Southern China's garment producing hub are gearing up for the latest Intertextile Pavilion at the Shenzhen International Trade Fair for apparel fabrics and accessories to be held during July 10-12. Intertextile Pavilion is a special event that allows textile manufacturers a direct opportunity to meet thousands of garment producers in the industry-rich region of Southern China. As China's domestic economy heats up and consumers demand better and higher quality fashions, thousands of local garment manufacturers are demanding better quality ladieswear and other fabrics, particularly from around the world. Some of the textile suppliers taking advantage of the demand and attending Intertextile Pavilion this year include the Japanese companies Kokka, Takisada-Nagoya, Takisada-Osaka, Sunwell and Union Design. In addition, the Tokyo Textile Fabric Wholesalers Association will return after a successful year in 2007. Textile producers of ladieswear will also attend from Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
