Virtually the counter model to the Sauvage: in Kopps vegetables, berries and nuts are also served, however they dispense with meaty, fishy and milky ingredients. All the same here there is not the usual ecomarket hors d'oeuvres, but high niveau vegan cuisine, without alternative hippie flair, but in pleasantly clean ambience - just don't be put off by the prefabricated building facade! Typically German dishes in their interpretation free of animal products here meet regional products, almost forgotten vegetable kinds and for a long time not only vegan palettes.
