The timings of immense change can sometimes feel like a crushing boulder. As I am sure many of you have experienced, work and personal life pressures and changes often melt together into one large ball of mess. Our working days are longer, and with the emergence of technology we are constantly available to answer emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. There is nowhere to hide. But not all change is doom and gloom. With technology and most change comes a better way of life: better communication, space exploration, medical breakthroughs, environmental awareness and so much more.
