The 2019 AGM took place ahead of the National Conference on the 11 May, at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, a board room with classic British vehicles parked outside was a very fitting location for the AGM of an Institute formed in 1932. The chairman and president, Chris Jones declared the meeting quorate and open, reminding those present that only corporate members may vote. Chris welcomed everyone present, extending his appreciation to acknowledge that those attending were doing so in their own time. Apologies were then read out by the secretary. Chris asked those members present whether the Notice of the Meeting was agreed as read and this was confirmed.
