As traffic volume on our roads increases, the pressure on the driver to be aware of and react to driving situations also increases. Advanced driver assist systems (commonly abbreviated to ADAS) are electronic aids that make driving both safer and easier for the driver. Whilst these systems were once found only on higher specification premium models, they are now becoming available on a wider range of vehicles.
