The President's aim to ensure good governance of the Institute continues with all Council members signing a Conflict of Interest Policy (all Council and Group members will sign) and, in accordance with the general policy on 'Appointment of Institute Officers', it was agreed that there will be a tender issued for the Auditors and the Company Secretary. The tenders will be considered at the February 2012 Council meeting and appointments will be implemented after the AGM 2012.
