Two monobloc aerosol canmaking lines have been ordered by Gulf Cans Industries (GCI) for its new plant being built on a greenfield site in Abu Dhabi. The lines are being manufactured by PackSys Global at its Rayong plant in Thailand, where an Open House to show its latest aerosol can manufacturing technologies is being held on 25-29 April. The lines being built for GCI will be capable of running at up to 200 cans per minute, producing a variety of shapes and sizes to cater for a wide range of applications such as personal care, pharmaceutical, and beverages. One of the lines will feature a nine-colour offset printer.
