The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has launched another round of consultation on how it intends to apply enhanced enforcement powers. The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has provided more details on the application its enforcement powers. Respondents to a consultation last year had asked for more clarity on the extra tools the agency had been granted as part of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
