A water tower has its storage volume in the shape of an inverted cone. At full volume the depth is 12m and the radius is 6m. Safe storage is considered as 10m depth. At midnight on the morning of January 4, it is noticed that the depth of water is only 5m. During the day (6am to 9pm) the tower supplies water at a rate of 28 m~3/hr. The night usage including leaks is estimated at 14m~3/hr. The tower can be filled at a constant rate of 24m~3/hr. According to these figures, when will the tank reach the safe storage reserve?
