Recently, environmental problem is important for developing packages. One of the solutions for environmental problem is that pouch and renewing packages are developed and sold as real prod- ucts in order to reduce the amount of resin. But, at the same time, we can't deny the necessity of refilled packages (Real-packages), because we still need the certain package to get refilled from the pouch or renewing packages. When we develop Real-packages, we need to improve many useful functions without losing the certain quality and also reduce the amount of resin. This report is about the big three improvements of the new Real-package. ① Easy to open ② Easy to measure ③Advancement of productivity. At the same time, it has two features reducing the amount of resin and selecting metal mold system with non-rotation thread core.
