Toppan Printing Co., Ltd, and Aohata Co., Ltd. have jointly developed an innovative container that offers unprecedented safety when cooked in a microwave, while maintaining the major fea- tures of retort pouches: good taste, preservability, and convenience. The container also features a unique design that allows the container to be rested obliquely inside the microwave, thereby preventing overturning and uneven cooking.
