Study on diversity of blue-green algae and green algae was carried out in Deciduous Dipterocarp Forest at Huai Kha Khang Wildlife Sanctuary. Samples were collected from nine spots in representative Plot of 100x 100 square meter during rainy, winter and summer. They were divided into two parts and the First part was immediately observed under microscope to study the morphological characteristics while the Second portion was enriched with NS II medium and incubated for approximately one month prior to Microscopic observation. Based on information obtained 18 genera of blue-green algae and 31 general of Green algae were identified.
