With our Annual Delegates Conference over and 2011 drawing to a close, I reflect on the challenges of the year and our preparation for the future.Our flight time limitations (FTL) campaign has been running at full speed throughout the year and the huge response from British pilots to the EASA proposals has demonstrated how passionately we feel about the BALPA vision of'Making Every Flight a Safe Flight'.
