After the well-known 'Union Limited' steam trains shut down their service 10 years ago, it was time to revive rail travel in South Africa. Each year we offer you different train and steam tours in South Africa. Our tours are organised for locomotive enthusiasts and train travel lovers who like to enjoy the old and relaxing way of travelling. Journeys include photo stops and run-pasts, and our kitchen chef's South African cuisine will spoil you. In the social lounge car we serve South Africa's finest whisky, brandy, wine, and a wide range of local handcrafted quality beers. All profit, generated with our tours, will be invested in restoration and preservation projects of the great southern African railway.
