The Mid-Hants Railway's carriage & wagon works at Ropley, opened in February and ruined by fire on July 26(RM Sep) was demolished in August.rnThe cladding was removed from the not-so-badly-affected-boiler shop part of the building in September prior to repairing and re-cladding. Rebuilding of the c&w works should be complete by the end of February.
