The results of modeling continuous distillation of ternary mixtures with U-shaped lines of conju- gate tie lines and inverted tie lines are analyzed. The characteristic regions for these mixtures are mapped in the concentration space. If a number of separation products are possible, the results of distillation depend on the characteristic region to which the feed point belongs.
