摘要

Gas transfer through new composite hollow-fiber membranes was studied theoretically and exper- imentally, and oxygenators involving these membranes were tested in vitro. Coating conventional microporous membranes with a continuous thin film of a block copolymer of silicone and polyary late for better biocompat- ibility exerts no considerable effect on gas transfer.
