An analysis is presented of operating experience with water jacket at bubbling pyrometallurgical installations. Their operating features under conditions of a bubbling slag bath for power-generating units are revealed. A conclusion is made about the possibility of creating heating surfaces that contact the bubbling mol- ten slag as steel waterwalls, which are traditional for power engineering installations.
