Alternatives of the retrofit of the LP cylinder of a 210-MW turbine and of the expanded retrofit of the turbine are described. The results of measurements of the aerodynamic characteristics of the entire LP cyl- inder and of its last stage are given. It is shown that the efficiency of the new design is 10/100 greater.
