The results of the investigation of heat transfer from a tube wall to a flow and the pressure drop with cross-flow of a staggered bank of tubes with d=57 mm and a relative lateral pitch of s_1/d_t = 1.16 and a loni- tudinal pitch of s_2/d_t = 1.003 are given.
