Two leading companies from the logistics industry have been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise. Tronsdek, a Yorkshire-based loading equipment manufacturer, has received the Queen's Award for Enterprise in Innovation for its ground-breaking developments in truck loading systems, whilst Cirrus Logistics, o provider of decision support software for the supply chain industry, has received the Queen's Award for Outstanding Performance in International Trade. Transdek has been recognised for its continued innovation in the production and installation of modular hydraulic lifts to service double-deck trailers, which carry up to 67% more product than conventional HGVs.
