The new Habanos Terrace, located in the exclusive historic Italian restaurant Cafe Restaurante Exceslsior in Portofino Square in Lugares, Italy, celebrated its grand opening on May 13th. Around 30 guests attended the event, including Slovenian professional basketball player Sasa Vujacic, a huge cigar enthusiast who plays for Auxilium Torino of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A. Habano enthusiasts can now enjoy a Habano in one of the most beautiful and prestigious places in the world along with the favorite drink, and an exquisite meal from chef Giorgio Bardi. During the inaugural event, guests were able to enjoy an H. Upmann Magnum 54 and received a lighter and cigar cutter set from ST. Dupont, a partner and collaborator of the event. Meanwhile, Bardi prepared refined appetizers for the event, made with foie gras, black eel, and garlic; Gravelax salmon; Fraiche e Yuzu creme; Pata Negra ham with marinated melon, paired with two Tanqueray N. Ten gin-based cocktails.
