Essentra Packaging has announced that its in-house team has been named Design Team of the Year at the prestigious UK Packaging Awards. The team made it to the top-four finalists round in the 'Packaging Company of the Year' category. Headquartered in Nottingham, and previously known as Payne, Essentra Packaging is part of the Packaging & Securing Solutions division of Essentra. Essentra Packaging works in the "end-product design space," a challenging field where the workable area is often extremely small and projects demand precision and creativity to produce eye-catching designs that incorporate easy opening, reseala-bility and security features.
