The Treofan Group, a world-leading manufacturer of BOPP film, has agreed the sale of Treofan Benelux SA to Crystal Amaranth SARL. Treofan Benelux SA owns a production site in Liege, Belgium which has about 100 employees. Luxemburg-based Crystal Amaranth SARL is run by Gabriel Catania, and Rens Korevaar, respectively the former senior executive and senior manager of ExxonMobil Chemical Films Europe.
