Cerulean, market-leading supplier of assurance equipment for the tobacco industry, has appointed a new Managing Director, Steve Frankham. Steve has been promoted to the role of Managing Director from his previous role at Cerulean of Sales and Marketing Director and is based at the company's head office in Milton Keynes, England.rnWith a BSc and PhD in chemistry, Steve started his working life at Courtaulds Research where he worked his way up to the position of Research Director for one of their man-made fiber divisions. From Courtaulds he moved to Tencel as Technical Marketing Director before becoming Regional Director for Asia and the America's (based in Hong Kong) and finally Business Director for the textile products division.
