摘要

To reduce the production preparation lead time, it is necessary to promote the development of simplified product shape, simultaneously manufacturing panels of high accuracy within a short period of time. In the present research, we have analyzed total processes including de- Formation after separating the models and implemented a computerized Tryout (virtual tryout) in a simulation of the press forming process. From the result of this study, we indicate that it is fully possible to in- Corporate defective measures for formability and accuracy through the Virtual tryout prior to metal mold casting.
