摘要

We have developed a new brake system for hybrid vehicles which is characterized by regenerative braking that converts kinetic energy into electrical energy upon engine braking or foot brake operation. During foot brake operation, the friction and regenerative brakes are subject to blending control in accordance with driver demand, ensuring a natural braking feel. The fuel economy is improved by prioritizing use of regenerative braking.
