In the current financial climate training is vulnerable. Management training is particularly vulnerable as it is often seen as desirable rather than essential.rnThis is short-sighted because when you have to make less go further what you need is highly skilled and innovative managers. What you do not want is innovation bogged down in industrial disputes, harassment and bullying complaints and time-consuming and expensive discrimination claims. What you need is a cost-effective way of developing large numbers of managers' leadership skills, preferably without taking them awav from their day jobs.
