摘要

This study compiles and reviews the transient pool boil-ing CHF experiments. The prediction accuracy of the two transient CHF predictive models proposed by Serizawa and Pasamehmetoglu are evaluated based on the transient CHF experimental data under water pool boiling conditions. The results indicate that the Pasamehmetoglu's CHF model is more accurate than the Serizawa's model. The prediction perfor-mance of the two transient CHF models is better for saturated boiling conditions than subcooled boiling conditions. It is more difficult to predict CHF using both models in fast tran-sients than slow transients.
