摘要

A photography technique is developed to observe droplet breakup at downstream of various unquenched spacer grids. From the images of the breaking droplets at downstream of the spacer grids, slicing, splashing, and deformation of droplets are observed. And also, it is found out that the chance of deformation of droplet into a thin disk increases with the blockage area ratio.
